I have 4 kyocera knives (in my experience the best ceramic knives). They are easy to break and I have broken a few in the past and also in the past I never felt comfortable putting them away somewhere will they will be secure. Now I use it ....wipe it off...and immediately put it back in this holder....I feel confident that they will last much longer this way.

Looks good and does what I wanted. Holds standard butcher knife plus about 6 paring knives, which is all I use. Wanted to decrease the footprint of my knife block and amount of knives and this fit the bill.
